On my way back from visiting my parents for Christmas in 2006 I stopped to visit Sideling Hill and it's attached museum. I gather that if you are into geology, Sideling Hill is a major experience. I haven't been interested in geology in about 10 years and I still found it amusing. The large volumn of stuffed wildlife was a little weird and tangential, but I guess the Maryland DNR has to do something with them.
I'm trying to become a better photographer, so some of the shots are more "arty". (I'm hoping they're arty and not crappy anyway...)
