Monday Antique Photo, Part 6.1

This photo has a heck of a lot of character. Unlike most of the photos I've collected, it is actually labeled. The back has "February 1895" written on it in black ink.

The person who sold me this photo swore that the thing in the woman's lap was a black cat. I'm positive it's a black feather fan. Oh well.
