This was made with reference to a celebrity photo I found somewhere. I have no idea where it is now. The middle bit is supposed to be some sort of shiny leather or something.

This vaguely based on a photo of a shirt/dress from a runway show I found somewhere. The thing in the photo was on a male model and had a much different middle and bottom. The one sleeve is meant to be kimono like, but you can't so much see it.
